Shipping policy

Order Shipment:

If your order is confirmed to be in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, we will strive to ship your order as soon as possible or within five business days from the date you placed your order on our website.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at check out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4 business days of placing your order with us, please feel free to follow up immediately at renato.lopez@ravenlightindustries.com.
